Kampung Meno Bungalows is on the west side of Gili Meno, the middle island of the three Gili Islands. You can get here from Bali or Lombok, and we are always happy to help you plan the journey.
You can reach the Gili Islands from either Bali or Lombok. Gili Meno sits between Gili Trawangan and Gili Air, and the last part of every journey is by boat.
Boat schedules change between the low and high seasons, so please check with us before you travel and we will help you choose the best route.
From Bali Airport, you can catch a Fast Boat from Sanur, Serangan or Padang Bai direct to Gili Meno. There are many boat companies that come to the Gilis, we would recommend the Bigger Boats, such as Ekajaya and Wijaya Tramena.
From Lombok airport, make your way to Bangsal Harbour by taxi, or contact us and we can organise a private car and driver for you.
From Bangsal, hop onto a public boat or a public speed boat to Gili Meno:
If you are already on Gili Trawangan or Gili Air, the short hop to Gili Meno is easy:
If you are on a tight budget, there is a public ferry from Padang Bai in Bali to the port of Lembar, 22km south of Mataram on Lombok. The crossing takes 4 to 5 hours, and ferries leave about every 90 minutes, 24 hours a day.
From Lembar, take local transport or a private car to Bangsal Harbour, then a boat to Gili Meno.
There are no cars or motorbikes on Gili Meno, which keeps the island peaceful. From the harbour you can walk, cycle or take a cidomo – a traditional horse cart – to Kampung Meno on the west side of the island.
